What is not offered

Custom development and contract work — new builds, added features, modifications on request — are not offered. What is available is the transfer or licensing of code and models that are already published.

How copyright is handled

Under an outright transfer, the economic rights in the copyright move to you, and the contract states that moral rights will not be exercised. Under a non-exclusive license, copyright stays with me. Third-party libraries remain governed by their own open-source licenses.

As-is delivery, no warranty

Code is delivered AS IS. No warranty is given as to operation in any particular environment, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Details of the environment it was verified in are provided, but no responsibility is taken for other environments or for breakage caused by future library updates. Please satisfy yourself using the demo or the source itself before committing.

After handover

This is run by one person, so no support window or response time can be promised. Setup questions will be answered as far as is reasonably possible. Requests for new features or modifications are not accepted. If you need ongoing support, that cannot be provided on these terms — please raise it before we sign.

Third-party rights and data

Where trained models or datasets are involved, their original licenses — including whether commercial use is permitted — are shared in advance as far as they are known. This is not an exhaustive audit or a warranty of every dependency's license, so please verify independently as well. Anything that cannot be handed over is excluded from scope.

Confidentiality

Nothing you send is disclosed to third parties. If you need an NDA in place first, please say so when you get in touch.

Payment and refunds

Payment is made up front once the contract is signed. Because these are digital deliverables, refunds are not available after handover — so please review the demo and the runtime requirements before committing.
